Approximately 10 million people in India are annually afflicted with cervical spondylosis, and the numbers are on the rise among the young. Sedentary lifestyle and poor posture are aggravating the situation.

Dr. Utkarsh Pawar emphasizes the importance of regular exercise in preventing back, shoulder, and spine pain. If not treated in time, these aches can evolve into more severe conditions like osteoarthritis.
