Lybrate, Pristyn Care’s primary consultation platform, has launched Shield360, a groundbreaking comprehensive health cover that aims to make preventive healthcare more accessible and affordable in India. The health cover includes services such as doorstep lab tests, NABL-ISO certified lab reports, unlimited cashless OPDs with top doctors, consultations with surgeons, free consultations with dieticians, and access to mental health specialists.
Individual health plans are available starting at INR 799, with savings of up to INR 5,000, while family basic plans for two begin at INR 999, saving up to INR 10,000. With Shield360, Lybrate aims to address the fragmentation in India’s medical diagnostics sector by offering a single platform for lab tests and doctor consultations based on lab test results. In 2022, Lybrate experienced an 87% increase in online consultations in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, such as Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow, and a 75% increase in Metros. Lybrate plans to reach 500,000 Indians by the end of the year with Shield360, focusing on increased adoption in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
